Solstice Silk Dress
Description
Silk georgette semi sheer solstice dress in our Ghosts print. The Ghosts Print was part of our Burgh House collaboration. We were inspired by all the past inhabitants of the house, all those that lived inside Burgh over the centuries. We photographed old garments, sheer and ethereal, layered and intersecting. Some bright and in bloom, some fading.
The dress is a 'slip on' piece with black cotton back ties, adjustable tie waist and 'wrap' style double layered front skirt. The dress is over sized and loose fitting. The dress can also be worn the other way around for ties at the front. The dress is also semi sheer, worn here with the margate metallic leggings and crop top. French Seamed. Made in tiny batches in London, England.
